J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez McMaster-Carr en janv. 2013
Entretien
Unsolicited contact from a recruiter. I knew nothing about the company and didn't like what I read on here but took the interview anyway for practice with no real intentions to work for them.
The recruiter missed the first phone call she setup but apologized and setup a second one. She was friendly and polite but didn't ask any tough questions or dig really. More time was spent pitching McMaster Carr, I mentioned the negative things I read on here and it seemed like she heard that a lot.
My background is top 10 MBA/military/some consulting.

Entretien
phone interview after submitting my resume. A friend works there and warned me about the process. McMaster is set in THEIR ways. The phone interview was one of the most odd interviews I've ever experienced. I said something that she didn't want to hear. Maybe it was the tone of my voice. Who knows, I certainly don't.
