Phone interview only. Asked very basic questions - name a project you were part of/what was your role, name a challenge you faced and how you overcame it, describe a time when you took an unsolicited leadership role, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. They gave little information about their management program, and only after rephrasing the question three times did they finally give me an example of a project/assignment I might be put on if hired.

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.
