The company contacted me directly. I completed a 20-25 minute phone interview and was asked to attend an in-person interview at the end of the call. The in-person interview lasted about 5 hours and included a tour of the faculties. The people I met were respectful and professional, but after I left, there was minimal communication or professional courtesy. During the interview process, most people did not seem to understand my professional experience, yet they routinely assured me that it was impressive. When I asked questions, the answers I got were vague and seemed to be from uninformed perspectives.
