J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez McMaster-Carr (Chicago, IL) en janv. 2018
Entretien
Contacted by a recruiter, then scheduled a short phone call and was offered an in-person interview at the end of the call.
The in-person interview was 5 hours long, two 1:1's, a lunch interview, a tour, and an interview with a director. I thought it was a good experience overall. They mostly asked about my experience and were very open though cryptic about what McMaster does. My interviewers were all very amiable and liked the company. Very focused on operational excellence and maintaining their current strategy rather than thinking of big changes.

Entretien
The first round was a 45 minute phone call that asked only questions about resume and behavioral questions. You don't really get to know the interviewer and it is rather robotic.
