I received a message on Indeed from a McMaster-Carr recruiter. They complimented me on my Indeed resume and asked if I would like to set up a call. I responded and we set up a time.
The recruiter called me at the designated time. She asked me the hardest questions of the entire interview process in this call. She told me they would be looking at the rest of the candidates and letting me know their decision.
I received another call informing me I would be invited on site for an interview. At this point and in all other points in the process, I was asked if I was still interested, to which I responded that I was.
My on-site interview was formulaic and positive. The site is very large (1500+ employees), so there is a standard process for entry and leaving. You must sign in, the receptionist orients you to the day, and there is a paper version of the application you filled out. The interview was in the early morning (8:30).
I met with the recruiter I spoke to on the phone who gave me a facility tour, explaining how the operation works. We found a conference room and spoke further about the position, and they answered any questions I had about the position.
I spoke to 3 more people - 2 Hiring Managers and 1 employee. The conversations with the hiring managers were not high-pressure. They felt like conversations, and it seemed like they wanted to get a feel for my personality as well as my skill set. I recommend selling your skills and personal brand as part of your conversation about yourself and other talk, as they did not ask me typical behavioral interview questions.
I also spoke to an employee. This segment of the interview was a chance to speak to someone in the job currently. I was told they would not report back, it was just a "sneak peek", so to speak. This was very helpful.

Interview process was quick and fairly painless. I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume on Indeed. A week after our phone screener I was invited for an on-site interview and about 3 business days after, they made the final decision. Although I didn't get an offer I appreciate how well run the process was. During the two hour on-site interview they managed to squeeze in a building tour, plant tour, second interview with HR, interview with the hiring manager, and a briefing with someone already in the role on what to expect.

I was recruited online and offered an initial phone call screening. We set up an interview time for later that same week, and I heard back from them less than a week after the interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked if I had looked at the company website. Most of the phone call consisted of them providing me with a more detailed explanation of the job, and answering my questions. I was also asked a few questions about my resume, including explaining how I had started some of my jobs.

Came in and was given a tour of the warehouse. Spoke to four employees over the course of three hours, in addition to a former merchandising coordinator who was able to give me a better idea of what the position entailed. Was asked about my education and work history--pretty standard stuff.
