J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez McMaster-Carr en avr. 2012

Someone found my resume online and called me for an initial interview. It was a very weird interview asking about why I chose my college and what other colleges I was accepted to. It was very unorganized and I got litte feedback on the position I was actually interviewing for. I feel like none of the questions asked were related to my skills and how they would be beneficial for whatever the position was. I assume it's the Management trainee position because "management" was mentioned after deliberate pushing. I was confused after the call but got asked back to visit the office for what I assume is the final round interview.

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.
