This helps the whole hiring process go faster as it used to take around 6 months to land a job with them. They have a ton of new technology that basically picks their top candidates using a rating system based on the JD and resume so make sure it aligns so AI can choose you because they want people that already have the exact skillset in the JD, basically don't really want to develop people into a role.
