Initial phone screening with outside talent acquisition, they then connect you with a McKesson recruiter that schedules a 30-45 min interview with hiring manager. Unfortunately, the trend of being ghosted by recruiters is true. After my interview with the hiring manager, I continuously followed up with recruiter at least about every two weeks.. no response. I even emailed the hiring manager directly.. no response. After TWO months, I reached back out because I still haven't heard anything and she finally responded that they went with another candidate. Very unprofessional, lacked communication and transparency.
