Entretien
The process was inexplicably long and laborious. I applied in June, contacted in July and interviewed through September. The process began with a HR talent and continued with a F2F 1:1 hiring manager interview, a phone interview with the VP; followed by executive partner interviews. A total of 7 interviews with 8 executives and I submitted a work example.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Entretien
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
