Contacted via LinkedIn to arrange a screen call with a recruiter - call was fine, general basic questions and follow up was arranged. This is where it went very poor. No communication or follow up as promised, despite direct message to recruiter again no response or respect to even reply. Horrible candidate experience as a level of basic respect is to respond back to candidates. Had heard from a few colleagues of a bad experience working in McKesson and should have listened!
