Too simple of an interview process and different from JD. 30 mins - 1 on 1 with hiring manager and 1 hour panel with managers and directors. I don't feel like I had the opportunity to display enough technical knowledge given time constraints and format. Questions asked were extremely vague and confusing.
The questions revolved around how to migrate from on prem to public cloud and were repetitive. Is this an architect or SRE role?
For an SRE role, I would have expected to see more diversity of questions around reliability, scalability, cap planning, OS, security, network, db, scripting, performance, CICD, etc.
Friendly, but I'm not sure how the questions asked were related to the role and job description. Dissapointing.
