The staff was warm and you could feel the culture when you first walk into the office. The management really sincerely cares for her team and you can tell right away. I had three interviews before a decision was made. I was given feedback for each and they were open and honest about how many other people were competing for the position. I have been supported to success and loved the interview process here.

Initial Phone Screen; interview with hiring manager and two other supervisors;
panel interview with hiring manager, director, and two other supervisors. Phone screen recruiter asked me what my times of availability for an interview would be and then proceeded to schedule the next interview during one of the precise times in which I told her I would NOT be available. All interviews conducted via phone due to COVID-19 social distancing mandates.
Told by the hiring manager that they were "vigorously" interviewing and hoping to make a quick decision. I contacted the recruiter two weeks after the final panel interview to check on the status and was informed that they were still interviewing candidates, but that she would contact me regardless once a decision was point. I found out that I was no longer being considered upon checking my application status online. Eight weeks later and I have yet to receive any sort correspondence from the recruiter. I realize that it is an employer's job market, but the lack of respect and follow-up on McKesson's part is pretty telling. It left me with a poor impression (would I have been just another cog in the machine of a Fortune 10 company? Probably) and will make me re-consider applying for roles with their firm in the future.

The first step was a phone interview with HR to prescreen candidates for a face to face. The interview lasted roughly half an hour and was very general - job experience, education, etc. The second step was a face to face with the DC Manager and their onsite HR person.
Again, standard interview questions - work experience, what's the best/worst part of your job, how do you keep employees engaged, etc. After the sit down portion of the interview, I was shown around the DC. The entire process took roughly an hour and a half.
