Two step process. Asked a lot about previous job and experience. Interview was about an hour. They asked great questions. Talked about the company and what they needed. Overall it was a great interview

two person panel (one was the department Manager), after a couple of questions, the manager commented that she was worried that I would get bored with the job, because I was so over qualified for position
then they both told me what the positions required
