Process is two weeks and you are called to appear at the office. Very simple and straight forward. Almost no skill requirements to look for as this is a simple job. They do however prefer that you are able to work whenever they want. They do not tell you that this part time position will require you having a phone at all times and might be called at any point of the day. However giving you 8 hours of sleep before the previous shift to appear again.
