Phone interview with a recruiter then interview with manager in person. It took a week for them to get back to me on the offer, so don't be alarmed if you don't hear something the next day. They asked questions about my previous employment. What skills that would make me a good candidate for the position. How do I handle a difficult customer.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Entretien
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
