Entretien
First I had a phone interview, they covered the basics of the job to make sure I was interested. I met with two supervisors. It was not a high stress atmosphere. The supervisors were friendly and casual. The most unusual question was : How do they make MMs. I really liked the supervisors when I worked there. They really made you feel that they were there to help you succeed. That you were part of a team.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Entretien
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
