The interviewer asked simple questions, He was nice and didn't seem to try to trip me up. The questions seemed pretty typical of those that wold be asked for a food service job.

Easy wasn’t hard, was just over the phone. Quick questions and explained the role well. Easy if you just need a job to get by not long term career goal.

Fine. Asked several questions which I the answered. They asked questions about previous roles and how I thought I'd deal with difficult customers here. They also asked about my previous experience with food hygiene
