J'ai passé un entretien chez McDonald's (Kuala Lumpur)
Entretien
Everything was okay. Just be yourself during the interview. The interviewer is mainly interested in getting to know you, so be honest and authentic. Remember to smile, as it helps create a positive impression. Take a deep breath before answering each question, and don’t rush your responses. It's okay to take a moment to gather your thoughts. If you don’t know something, it’s better to admit it and express your willingness to learn rather than try to fake it. Keep a calm and confident demeanor, and let your passion and enthusiasm for the role shine through. Good luck!

Entretien
It was pretty simple, straight forward, and focused on interpersonal relationships and communication. They described some case scenarios and asked what I would do in those scenarios. They were not too big on whether or not I had prior food service experience.
