You simply come at the chosen time. And you’re asked a couple of questions and then after you are done you go home, and they will decide whether they want to hire you or not. It is also most likely going to be quick. A couple of minutes at most.

One question I remember being asked, is why I applied at that particular location. The gm wanted to know if there was a particular reason I chose to apply at his location. It’s kind of like he was looking to see if I have some sort of attachment or care for that location.

Quick and easy. Management was very nice. Explained the days to day duties and schedules. Other coworkers seemed nice. Everybody seemed like the knew what to do. Looking forward to starting soon.

it was not a very difficult process. They were very standard questions that would hear is many other job areas. keep in mind that they really want you to know about mcdonalds and their structure.
