started by applying online, after reviewing my resume I was emailed about an interview on the phone where they asked me about past jobs, experiences and things i'm good at. I was looking at multiple jobs but, after my interview I received another email explaining what would be required of me for training and when before I started my actual job if I wanted it.

Easy wasn’t hard, was just over the phone. Quick questions and explained the role well. Easy if you just need a job to get by not long term career goal.
