I sat in the lobby and was interviewed by a manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked about 8 questions and given a few scenarios. After gong over some of my leadership experiences in high school at the time, I was offered the position.
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.

A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
