I spoke to the manager about my qualifications and motivations to join the McDonalds Corporation. We spoke for about 25 minutes in total, at one of the franchises.
I got to then meet the people I’d be working with and was fairly rapidly hired to join as part of the team. All in all it was a friendly, curteous and professional process during which I was very at ease.

Very simple. We chatted for a bit before getting into the questioning part. It was mostly behavioral. They asked why I wanted to work there, if I had any experience, and what my availability is.

The interview process was good and I feel like I had a great experience on the people. They were really nice and I would definitely interview there again. I like the area and I like the people and I like the hustle and bustle and I can’t wait to go back.
