The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I was interviewed by the store manager in the restaurant. The manager asked about my availability, previous work experience, and why I wanted to work at McDonald's. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and focused on customer service skills and teamwork. I was also asked how I would handle a busy shift and deal with difficult customers. Overall, the process was relaxed and welcoming.
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.

Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
The interview was quick, mainly asking about availability & any prior customer service or hospitality experience. They do review your resume but availability and the number of hours you can commit to is prioritised.
