It was an interview with several staff and then another peer interview. Each interview lasted around an hour and each interview was pretty much on time give or take five minutes.

I applied online and recieved a follow up email to schedule an interview and contained a document with a couple questions about how you would handle certain client related sitations. This was required to be done before the first interview. I had my first interview with the case management supervision team including the direct supervisor for the position. The same day I scheduled a second interview that was peer lead of all case managers.
