Applied to position and interview was scheduled right away. The person scheduling the interview did not tell me their role at the company even though I had asked via email. I assumed it was a talent/HR person but was surprised that it was a Zoom interview versus a phone call. Zoom link was not included in the interview and it took more than 24 hours to receive the correct link on the day of the interview. Interview was cancelled via calendar notification (for double booking) 1 hour before scheduled time with no email follow up and a new stated time (5:30 eastern same day), only to be cancelled again. Finally meet with recruiter (which I found out on the call) and interview goes very well and I'm told I will be scheduled to speak with the hiring manager. I received no follow up and no response to my email following up asking when we would be scheduling. Very unprofessional and unfortunate interview process during a time when the job market is extremely rough!
