J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Maze (Londres, Angleterre) en juill. 2021
Entretien
Call with an interviewer, followed by a call with a Team Lead or a Senior Engineer with a codesandbox and an easy task about React followed by a series of questions regarding the task.
The next stage was a technical interview with lots of relevant technical questions followed by a small tech assessment coding assignment.
After this, I had a chat with the CTO about the company and some tech questions and more aligning whether it's a right fit between us.
The last step was a reference check call with my previous manager.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
In the tech interview, there was a couple of technical questions from a few categories that I could pick from, one of which I chose was about React. That included questions about React lifecycle methods
CTO cold outreached asking to interview for the role. I spend a few hours interviewing with him and some engineers at the company and the CTO proceeds to ghost me when I tell him it's no problem if the position is filled/no longer available and that I'm just looking for feedback on my interview or some clarity. Seems like a great leader.

Entretien
A short informational interview with HR followed by a technical interview with an engineer. The latter was very formal and uncommunicative, seemed as if they were just following a process and wanted to get through it quickly.
