Phone interview with 4 people on the line asking questions, then I was brought in a couple of weeks later for an in person interview with the same 4 people. These individuals do have very high opinions of themselves. This was for a Financial role but they acted as if they were as important as the doctors actually saving lives. It took 5 months for them to finally send a rejection email.
