It was not a pleasant experience for me. During the introduction, the interviewers did not tell much about themselves (for example, which department were they from), other than their names. The entire interview process lasted about 20 minutes, conducted by 3 panellists. What took me aback was when one of them asked about my race and religion, which I'm sure would be illegal to do so in other countries.
