There was No interview process, I started worked for a staffing agency and was offered a position directly with the company. I accepted the position with the company that came with a small pay raise.

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
