Entretien
Very easy interview process. All email or text message conversations, I have yet to have an actual phone call with anyone. The recruiter I’ve been speaking with has been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I will say it has been a long process to get to training though.

I was only asked general personal information after submitting my resume.
Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.
