Passed a series of 4 phone interviews with flying colors, including one with my potential supervisor. When I met her for face-to-face interview, the deal was off. Obviously, when she saw my age she was no longer interested.

During this time I realised I actually didn't want the job should it be offered. No real thoughts except there was no call after 48 hours. This cemented my thinking I had made the correct decision in my head. Was good practise though
