One interview with HR, there were all behavioural questions, pretty standard. My job was contracted with a staffing agency. Majority of their customer reps got hired by contracts. And you will get converted to Maximus enployee after your contract period, but a lot of people would leave because this is a really bad place to work. No freedome whatsoever.

You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
