(This experience was back on Nov 2024) After applying sa directly sa website nila, they immediately sent an email regarding my interview schedule (which is scheduled tomorrow agad in the morning) On the actual day of the interview, the recruiters were very professional, really orienting us about their application process. Medyo nagulat lang ako kasi active listing yung job sa website nila but they told me na for pooling lang sila ng candidate dahil wala pang open. They will conduct the assessment & initial interview today and will inform me about the result the following week regardless if pumasa ka or not (which never happened - same sa isa kong nakilala during the application na never din binalikan even after following up twice) The interview & assessment were easy but di lang talaga okay yung experience because they ghost their candidates.

The hiring process was fast. We answered 3 sets of tests to test our mental capabilities. Then, we were interviewed by their senior HR. Lastly, one of us was called for interview with the department managers.
