I first met a representative of Maxim at a college career fair and this representative followed up by calling me. I then went through 3 rounds of interviews, with the last one going for 4 hours. It went very well, but everything changed when the pandemic hit in mid-March. They mentioned how overwhelmed they were (understandably) but they never got back to me after that.
