I felt like the whole interview process was easy. The recruiter assigned to you usually interviews you. He had asked basic questions on past work experiences, what made you become a nurse, how well do you work with others, what inspired you to become a nurse, can you work well under pressure? Provide an example. and other questions similar to those.

It's been a while, But I remember having multiple interviews. I believe the first was a telephone interview. Then you move on to an in person interview. Those were usually with 1 or 2 of the admins. Each were quite easy as they are usually mixed with normal conversations.
You have a face to face interview asking about your experience and trach care questions and gtube questions and scenarios , like what would you do? It was a pretty easy interview

Friendly staff. Focused on strengths and made sure to explain the process of how their company works. Gave me interview questions before the interview so I had a good idea of what they wanted to know about me and how I work with leadership/ staff and under stress.
