There are a couple of assessments fairly easy. The assessments may take you a hour or so depending on how many test you have to take. CPR, Physical, TB test needed. If hired the orientation is pretty long.

It's been a while, But I remember having multiple interviews. I believe the first was a telephone interview. Then you move on to an in person interview. Those were usually with 1 or 2 of the admins. Each were quite easy as they are usually mixed with normal conversations.
You have a face to face interview asking about your experience and trach care questions and gtube questions and scenarios , like what would you do? It was a pretty easy interview

Friendly staff. Focused on strengths and made sure to explain the process of how their company works. Gave me interview questions before the interview so I had a good idea of what they wanted to know about me and how I work with leadership/ staff and under stress.
