They contacted me for an interview after I submitted my resume. I had two interviews, the first with a VP and second with two team members. I received an offer shortly after.

It was a great first interview to begin screening process. The interview was conversation-based, and the questions were less about my accomplishments/failures and more directed at getting to know my personality and what motivates me.
