I sent a mail to the company saying I saw an ad in my Uni mail system. They suggested me a 5-min online test, which was super easy. The next week they set up another test at luxury hotel that consisted of 2 parts: 10-min arithmetics (solve as much as you can: per cents, divisions, summations, you name it) and 45-min problem solving. The last one quite good. The last problem was Einstein riddle, which was even simpler than overly convoluted previous tasks, which were more about reading the question than actually calculating or thinking.
