I applied online and received a call the next day from the store manager. She asked me to come in and fill out a "Success Profile" (which was the standard Strongly Agree/Agree/Neutral/Disagree/Strongly Disagree quiz). Probably like 3 days later, I got a call to do an interview with the Store Manager and First Assistant Manager. This interview threw me off a bit, because I was asked to put together an outfit using the items in the store, (I have never worked in a strictly clothing store). After that, she called my references (which took a few days because my references were playing phone tag with her). After that, she did a final interview one-on-one and gave me an offer at the end of that interview.

Very easy and just fun at the same time it was a good time working at Maurice’s. My interviewer was very understanding from my perspective and experience as well. It lasted about it 30 minutes
