This is an interesting company in a brand new field. As a young company, their recruiting process was really odd. I had two phone interviews. One was with an HR person; the other with someone that was formerly in the role. Then they brought me to Chicago for a final round interview. This consisted of a Wonderlic test and four one-on-one interviews. One interviewer was painfully awkward and another was not personable at all. After the interview, the HR person was extremely slow at getting back to me despite knowing that I had another offer on the table. I had to call her a couple of times to try to get an answer. The worst part of the entire process was they did not pay for travel expenses to and from Chicago. For a company that seemingly prides itself on getting top talent from top universities, it seemed odd to not pay a relatively small amount for travel.

Phone Screen (involving general questions, behavioral questions and word problems/brain teasers); personality tests online (supposedly not affecting viability for employment) 2 sets of interviews each by multiple people from different levels and departments.
