The process included two interviews, first with HR and then with the hiring and sales enablement managers, followed by a third meeting where I received a job offer and discussed onboarding.

Entretien
Matterport asked Good quality questions. They had a good process over the course of a couple weeks that was well thought out. The people at Matterport were nice and friendly and kind and generous.
Very informal and to the point. No at home tasks or too many rounds. Met with the hiring manager, sales enablement and marketing team. All in all, a pretty standard/ easy interview process.

Entretien
Process evolved over a 3 month period, where sometimes 2 weeks would go by between interviews. There were multiple occasions where the recruiter dropped the ball in following through on scheduling and/or next steps changed and the changes were not communicated. At one point I was given what felt like a verbal offer and a deadline of when I'd hear something, however two weeks passed and I was later informed someone else had been selected. Overall a large degree of disrespect for candidates time and unprofessional communication from the recruiter which started to give me red flags to the organizations overall structure.
