Tell me about a project you led from start to completion.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mattel
Entretien
4 stages and 5 total interviews over the course of 6 weeks including one in-office interview with 2 managers. The same morning of my in-office interview, I’m told one of the managers is WFH and I would still take it in-office and bring my own equipment to host. Okay.
Interviews itself were half good half bad. One of the interviewers was aggressive in her interview tactics. After a few interviews and being in the office in person, it felt like a very corporate vibe.
4 weeks later, no update. I was told they were hiring ASAP and didn't hear anything back at all even after following up with the recruiter, not even a rejection. Job posting gone then reposted with a different title. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mattel (Los Angeles, CA) en avr. 2022
Entretien
My interviewer brought on members of her team at the top of the interview (this was via Zoom) which was nice because it gave me an immediate sense of their vibe and whether we'd be a good fit all together. Questions were thoughtful and varied, I felt like there was a natural rapport built immediately without any stilted exchanges.
