Phone interview with internal recruiter, screening call to check basic information combined with some basic questions to draw out skills and experience to assess if you would be a good candidate for the job
They start off with phone screen interview, followed by virtual interview, followed by second interview that is usually a lot more technical. This interview might have multiple people on the call. Then after this, they will either extend an offer or let you know they will be going in another direction.
