The interviewing process was fairly easy. I went in on a Tuesday and they had me sit at a sales desk. They came over and asked me about my interest in the company. My past experience etc. they talked about pay and benefits. When I mentioned what they were offering was comparable to what I make now the manager upped my starting hourly wage which was a big surprise. They seemed to really enjoy what I had to say. I went back the next day and interviewed with two more managers and they made an offer that day by calling me at home.
