I only had one formal interview, and that was directly with the COO of Matrix, as I'd already had a few preliminary 'soft' interviews with other staff. My conversation with the COO mainly focused on how I would define success in that role for the branch I was interested in, as well as getting a better understanding of the current landscape and responsibilities.

I went through an informal interview with Bill through Zoom that covered the general expectations and my personal career goals. This was followed up by an informal lunch interview with Christopher in order to give him a sense of my social aptitude and skills at conversation.
