Entretien
The interview process consisted of two Zoom calls with Matillion employees as well as an initial screening call with a recruiter. The initial Zoom call was with the manager of the team and lasted about an hour or so. The second Zoom call was with a panel of Matillion employees including team members, a manager, a director and a member of the People team and lasted about an hour and a half. The interview process overall was incredibly smooth and well rounded. I felt that the Matillion team really took the time to get to know me and my background, as well as my career aspirations.

Entretien
The interview process was really smooth. There were 4 interviews and each interviewer made you feel comfortable. It felt more like a conversation with questions than a strict question answer set up. After each interview was completed, they got back to me very quickly and kept me informed on what was coming up next. Overall I was very impressed.
