J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mathnasium (Baton Rouge, LA) en mai 2015
Entretien
The process was not very difficult. I send my resume and cover letter to the center director and was called in to take a Math Exam. The exam takes about two hours and it covers Algebra and some Geometry Topics. If you score high enough on the exam you get called to do an interview where you basically have a conversation about where you are from, your tutoring background, and your interest in math and experience working with children. After the conversation you go out and work with kids in the instructional hour setting, and if they like the way you tutor, they bring you back in and offer you a job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How comfortable are you working with children? Why is tutoring important? What made you apply to work at Mathnasium?

Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.

You get asked behavioral questions, and then you will take a math test on topics from elementary to high school math. The test is not very hard and is mostly a review of classes you took before high school.
