I had a phone interview that was very detailed. The manager gave me all the information I needed and was more than willing to answer any question I had. She set up a in person interview and thoroughly explained all the entire process and steps.

They asked about my experience with students and what levels of math I had taught (algebra, pre-calc, trigonometry, etc)
Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.
