I applied online and heard back from a recruiter a couple weeks later. After a ~20 min call with the recruiter, I was sent a technical exercise (fairly standard data analysis task). I was given a few days to complete it. Then I had a 50 min meeting with members on the team to walk through the technical exercise. Final interview was with several members of the team. Whole process was very smooth and the turnaround for each step was about a week.

I was then given a technical exercise that took a couple of hours to complete. The second interview was with two developers who reviewed the technical exercise with me. Finally, I was invited for a final interview with several senior staff members. Overall, the process was smooth, and information was clearly communicated. The recruiter was fantastic, making the process easy. They are very transparent and will provide feedback if an offer isn't extended.
