I applied for 4 different position. It took them 5 minutes to say me they couldn't fill the role in 3 of them. I can't believe they even reviewed my resume! The last position was in pending process for 3 weeks, and after that they sent me an email to tell me that according to the phone interview that WE NEVER HAD, I was not the best candidate! nuts

First round Manager reached out, second round senior engineer, Third round HR call. Final Onsite one presentation 45 mins then followed by 4 rounds interview with different members. The whole process took a month to finish. The entire process went smoothly until in the end, I got a call from HR that I'm rejected because of lack of experience. If I don't have enough experience then why did the manager reach out to me at first based on my resume? It's a very unprofessional interview process for candidates because you waste so much time preparing a 45 mins presentation and getting feedback but the results ended with nothing.
